kristopher baehr

Kristopher Baehr has studied Shotokan and Kenpo Karate for 10 years under the instruction of Sensei Keith Mabon of the United States Combat Martial Arts Association International(USCMAAI). "I've been interested in martial arts from a young age, back to when the now infamous Karate Kid movie came out! But being held at knife-point, when I was 15, changed my life. I felt helpless. I was disappointed that I couldn't protect my friend. I never wanted to feel that way again. Because of this experience and other reasons, I'm passionate about teaching people of all ages and body types how to properly defend themselves against a would-be attacker."
